BIO

Bobby Roman's career in music spans almost 20 years. He studied music at  Bronx Community College and also

studied voice under the teaching of legendary Harlem vocal coach  Enez Matthews.

Aside from being a talented singer, Bobby  is  an accomplished musician, playing both acoustic guitar and percussion. His knowledge and experience with all areas of music make him a much sought after singer, song writer and musician.

Being  bilingual has allowed him to  performed with legendary Latin artists such  as Tito Puente, Celia Cruz

and Willie Colon. In addition he has worked with some of today's top Latin pop artist, such as Jennifer Lopez,

Raul Malo (the  lead singer of the Mavericks), and R&B artist Aloe Blacc.

After years of being in the music industry, Bobby turned back to his faith-based roots. He returned to the Lord with a fresh sense of gratitude and a new determination to glorify God with his talent. Since then he has had the opportunity to serve in several churches as a Worship Pastor. Bobby is also a featured singer on the song  written by Andraé Crouch - " Mighty Wind" for the compilation album “Make Me Your Voice,” produced by Ken Tamplin.

He has  ministered with well-known Gospel artists such as Andraé Crouch, BeBe & CeCe Winans, Damaris Carbaugh, Bob Karlyle and others. His name and talent is associated with the 700's club project "The Book," a commercial recorded with Andraé Crouch, Aretha Franklin, MC Hammer, and Smokey Robinson. Andraé Crouch is quoted as saying, "Bobby Roman has a fabulous anointed voice, and each time I have heard him sing, he sings like he is singing for the last time, with such energy and power."

Bobby’s singing reveals a life given fully to the Lord and an abandonment that only occurs as the "Son sets

us free." Some have referred to his heart of worship as the call  to bring in the harvest. His voice brings a distinct call to those who have strayed away and to God's people a call for total surrender and uncompromising love. He has had the privilege of working with many great names, but it is the Name of the Lord Jesus which he seeks that powerfully works thru him in a strong anointing.
